2017 was a pretty great year for me photography wise. I got to use my camera a whole lot more. Not always for projects that appear on this site, but it's becoming an increasing part of my life, which is an incredibly privileged position to be in.

If you're reading this, the chances are you've played some part in supporting me to reach said position, so thank you. And thank you for reading this when you could be delving ever deeper into the world of memes. A noble pursuit for all concerned.

My one regret is that in 2017 photography became a lot more about jobs and shoots and less about just taking my camera out and just taking photos for the love of taking photos. It's incredible that I get asked to be a part of so many projects, but in 2018 I'm determined to make sure photography remains a passion, not just a passion that's become a tool.
